About this policy

Brase Boul provides football scores, fixtures, standings, and statistics. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app. The current public app does not offer contests, entry fees, cash prizes, or payment services. For privacy questions, contact rdtropitech@gmail.com.

Information the app uses

The app creates an anonymous Firebase user identifier so it can store your favorite teams, followed matches, language, onboarding status, and notification settings. You do not need to provide a name, email address, or password to browse the public app. The service also records profile creation and activity timestamps. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Notifications and device information

If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging uses an app installation identifier and push token to deliver alerts. Brase Boul stores a generated device identifier, notification preferences, language, and registration information. Your notification inbox records messages and whether they have been read. You can change notification choices in the app and revoke permission in your device settings.

Usage analytics

Brase Boul uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app reliability and usage, including screens viewed, navigation, follows, onboarding, language changes, and notification interactions. Search analytics use result counts and a search-length range, not the text you type. Firebase and Google Analytics may process device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, device information, usage events, and approximate location derived from network information. Analytics is used only for app statistics, not for advertising audiences, advertising measurement, Google Signals or data-broker sharing. The app does not request precise device location. Service providers and transfers

Google Firebase provides authentication, database storage, server functions, messaging, and analytics. These providers process information to deliver and protect the service. Network requests also expose connection information such as IP addresses to the services receiving them. Team and player images may load from third-party image hosts. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Saved preferences, profile information, notification records, and device registrations are retained while needed to provide the service. Analytics retention is governed by the configured Google Analytics retention settings. You can remove individual follows and change notification preferences in the app. In app versions with the deletion option, open Home > Privacy policy > Delete account and data to permanently remove your guest account, saved follows, preferences, notification inbox and device registrations. Confirm the request in the app; no email or phone call is required. Deletion normally takes a few minutes and continues on the server if you close the app. Keep the app installed to see its completion status. The app stays signed out until you choose Start again, which creates a new guest account. A restricted deletion receipt is scheduled for automatic removal 24 hours after completion; provider expiry processing may take up to another 24 hours. This short retention prevents old sessions from restoring deleted data and lets you check completion. On mobile devices, on-device analytics data is reset; previously collected analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings, and statistics that no longer identify you may remain. You can also email rdtropitech@gmail.com with your Support ID, including when using an older app version without the deletion option. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete cloud records.

Your choices and security

You can use the public app without creating a named account, choose which teams or matches to follow, and decline push notifications. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information. Contact rdtropitech@gmail.com to make a request. The app uses encrypted network connections and access controls; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and policy updates

Brase Boul is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information that should be removed, contact rdtropitech@gmail.com. This policy may be updated as the app changes. The date below identifies the current version.
